Are you passionate about empowering adolescent girls and driving community change? Girl Effect is seeking a Community Engagement Communication Consultant to lead impactful initiatives in Migori County!

Join Girl Effect to support two transformative pilot projects:
✅ Child Marriage Pilot in Migori County, sparking dialogues to reduce child marriage through community champions and digital tools.
✅ WAZZII 3.0 in Nairobi and Migori, connecting young people to trusted health information via chatbots, social media, and offline engagement.

What you’ll do:
✅ Mobilize communities, schools, and champions to drive meaningful conversations.
✅ Facilitate dialogues on child marriage, girls’ education, and adolescent health.
✅ Collaborate with local government and partners to strengthen referral systems.
✅ Document stories of change and insights to shape scalable solutions.

Who you are:
✅ Experienced in community mobilization, GBV, or child marriage prevention.
✅ Skilled in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
✅ Committed to gender equality and safeguarding principles.
✅ Fluent in English and Swahili, with strong cultural awareness.
