Key Responsibilities
Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
Manage disciplinary processes, performance management, and separations in line with labour laws.
Oversee employee relations, union engagements, and welfare programs to foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate training, orientation, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws, employment regulations, and DOSH requirements.
Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, and health schemes.
Lead policy development, employee handbooks, and organisation development initiatives.
Manage workplace safety, health, wellbeing programs, and WIBA claims.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HRM, Social Sciences, or related field (Postgraduate Diploma/CHRP an added advantage).
Minimum 5 years’ progressive HR experience in a busy, fast-paced organisation.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & industrial relations practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
