BUSINESS ANALYST

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our busy depot team. If you have a keen eye for details, strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions, we want you to be part of our vibrant team.
Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Statistics or related fields.
ii. Four years’ experience in business analysis, data analysis or related role.
iii. Excellent analytical skills.
iv. Working knowledge in Power BI, Excel, SQL and BI/analytics platforms.
v. Proficiency in ERP Systems, Sales Order Management, POS and Transaction Reporting Tools
vi. High levels of pro-activeness and problem solving skills.
vii. High Levels of Integrity and Confidentiality.
viii. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
ix. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish forecasting frameworks and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy, identify dormant demand and flag declining categories for proactive depot targeting.
2. Compile, coordinate and analyse sales and operational data to prepare weekly, monthly and seasonal estimates, performance statistics and management reports by channel, region and customer type.
3. Optimize distribution networks, ensuring product availability, minimizing stock outs and improving operational efficiency across all depots.
4. Maintain accurate depot data for budgeting, annual estimates, profitability analysis and strategic planning.
5. Conduct profitability, margin and depot specific performance analysis to inform business decisions.
6. Operate ERP, sales order management, POS systems and other analytics platform (Power BI, Excel, SQL) to support reporting and operational insights.
7. Execute any additional tasks assigned by Group Depot Manager to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
