All candidates must:
• Diplomas in Education (Technical/TVET), Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong background in technical and vocational training with at least 2 years of administrative experience in an academic institution.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of TVET policies, accreditation, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop programs, and foster stakeholder collaboration.
