🚛 We’re Hiring – Entry Level Operations Clerk (Mazeras, Kenya) 📍
We are a transport company based in Mazeras with a fleet of 40+ trucks. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Operations Clerk to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining fleet and loading records
Support daily/weekly operations reporting
Liaise with drivers, workshop, and insurance teams
Ensure compliance with licenses, insurance, and inspections
Requirements:
0–2 years’ experience in clerical, logistics, or operations roles
Computer literacy (Excel, MS Office)
Good organizational & communication skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
