Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate – Litigation to join their dynamic team. This is a leadership role for a results-driven litigator with 5–7 years’ post-admission experience, technical excellence in dispute resolution, and strong commercial acumen.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage complex, high-value litigation matters
✅ Draft top-quality pleadings, submissions & legal opinions
✅ Provide strategic, business-focused dispute resolution solutions
✅ Mentor and guide junior advocates to success
✅ Strengthen client relationships & uphold the firm’s reputation

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (valid practicing certificate)
🔹 5–7 years’ proven litigation & dispute resolution experience
🔹 Exceptional drafting, research & courtroom advocacy skills
🔹 Strong client management & leadership ability
🔹 Integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset
