Job Opportunity: Customer Service Officer
Location: Nairobi

Celestial Dental Centre, a trusted dental clinic with over 20 years of excellence in oral healthcare, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their professional and compassionate team.

◆ Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Manage calls, appointments, and patient records
• Support billing, insurance documentation, and admin operations
• Maintain a welcoming reception area
• Uphold excellent customer care and assist the dental team

◆ Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
• 2+ years of front office/reception experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
• Warm, professional, and detail-oriented personality
