Digital Operator

This role requires expertise in digital press operation, file preparation, and quality control to meet diverse client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate state-of-the-art digital printing presses and auxiliary equipment.
- Configure print parameters to align with job specifications and client expectations.
- Validate and prepare digital files ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and layout.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of digital printing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage consumables efficiently.
- Work closely with graphic designers and production team.
- Maintain detailed records of production metrics.
- Adhere to global safety standards and implement eco-friendly practices.

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in printing technology, graphic arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating digital printing presses in a commercial print environment, with exposure to diverse print applications.
- Knowledge of PRepress/Design will be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of digital printing systems, color management and software tools.
- Expertise in variable data printing and print solutions.
