Tupande is looking for full-time, field-based Youth Field Officers to join our team for a 1-year engagement starting October 2025! Youth Field Officers will play an exciting role in driving Tupande's impact by mobilizing, enrolling, training, and supporting youth farmers.

DO YOU.....
- Love working with youth?
- Know your way around tablets & smartphones?
- Have skills in mobilizing & engaging communities?
- Live in one of our target zones (please review our attached zones) & speak the local language?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Certificate
- Proven experience in field sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
