Project Manager
-ccTLD Capacity Building Project

KeNIC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Consultant) to lead the ccTLD Capacity Building Project – a ground-breaking initiative to strengthen the technical, operational, and business capacity of African country code Top-Level Domain (ccTLD) registries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & deliver project activities on time & budget.
- Manage stakeholder engagement (KeNIC, ICANN, AF-TLD, ccTLD registries, partners).
- Oversee financial & resource management.
- Develop monitoring, evaluation & reporting frameworks.
- Identify & mitigate project risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, ICT (Matters preferred).
- 6+ years’ experience managing large donor-funded ICT/capacity-building projects.
- Strong skills in financial management, M&E, and stakeholder coordination.
- Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
- Experience working with regional/international organizations.
