Job Opportunity: Management Consultant (Executive)

We are looking for a highly experienced Management Consultant (Executive) to provide strategic leadership, drive transformation initiatives, and support the growth of an ambitious investment portfolio in Kenya. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in business strategy, organizational development, and venture building.

Key Requirements:
•7+ years of proven experience in management consulting, strategy, or executive advisory roles.
•Demonstrated success in driving business transformation, market expansion, and investment evaluation.
•Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
•Experience advising C-suite executives, startups, investors, or high-growth companies is highly advantageous.
•Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Advise and support executive leadership on strategic planning, transformation, and growth initiatives.
•Conduct high-level market and portfolio analysis to guide investment and venture decisions.
•Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operational models.
•Drive venture building, market entry strategies, and scaling of new business lines.
•Build strategic partnerships and networks that align with growth objectives.
•Mentor internal teams, building leadership capacity and ensuring long-term business sustainability.
