Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategy and workforce plans.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practice.
• Mentor the HR team and manage payroll, budgets, and workforce planning.

• Strong communication & relationship-building.
• Strategic HR thinker with operational excellence in HR systems, payroll, and compliance.
• Mentor the HR team and manage payroll, budgets, and workforce planning.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management.
• Valid practising licence & full IHRM membership.
Work Experience
• 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice, Kenyan Labour Laws, and core hospital management processes.
• Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated, people-intensive environments (e.g., education, NGOs) is an added advantage.
