QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate, or formal training in welding or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in various welding methods and experience working with different metals.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, welding codes, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
