Junior Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance, track insights, and provide regular feedback on social engagement
- Warmly welcome and assist clients, guiding them through available resources and products in our shop

Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (Instagram and TikTok)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; courteous, client-focused, and ministry-minded
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying challenges and offering practical solutions
- Organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
