ROLE:
HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner with proven experience to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Partner with department heads to provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment by driving engagement initiatives and handling conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve organizational performance.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions, including audits and policy updates.
- Lead talent retention programs and succession planning efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) is a MUST.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a MUST.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Kenya labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
