All candidates must:
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong expertise in continental and local cuisines.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction.
