OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Vast Talent Solutions is recruiting for a client in the manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution and governance, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals.
- Oversee production planning, maintenance coordination, and delivery timelines.
- Drive ERP/CRM systems utilization, real-time reporting, and process automation.
- Manage dispatch, routing, fuel tracking, and delivery oversight.
- Monitor loss control, fraud prevention, and risk management across operations.
- Ensure adherence to KEBS, ISO, OSHA, NEMA, and all statutory regulations.
- Enforce SHE standards, conduct audits, and oversee safety & legal compliance.
- Lead crisis management, business continuity, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, data analytics, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and compliance awareness.
- Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or Lean Management certification (added advantage).
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
