Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will bring:
5–10 years of experience in a Financial Controller role
Strong background in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to food production
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Expertise in unit economics, ERP implementation, and external audit support
Experience with mission-driven social enterprises is a strong plus
This is more than a finance role: it’s about building the systems, insights, and discipline that allow us to grow sustainably while keeping every meal affordable and accessible.
