Position: Training Associate
Location: Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver training sessions across modules such as Uber App usage, Road Safety & First Aid, Financial Literacy and Electric Bike Operation.
✅ Support onboarding, refresher and remedial training for riders.
✅ Prepare training materials, tools and venues for practical and classroom sessions.
✅ Monitor learner performance through assessments, quizzes and practical evaluations.
✅ Provide feedback and coaching to riders to boost performance.
✅ Maintain accurate training attendance and performance records.
✅ Support digital learning by guiding riders on online assessments and resources.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Degree in Education, Training or related field.
✅ 1–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or adult learning (transport, logistics, or mobility sector experience is an added advantage).
✅ Strong presentation, coaching and communication skills.
✅ Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse learners.
✅ Tech-savvy, with knowledge of e-learning tools a plus.
✅ Passionate about road safety, financial empowerment and customer service.
