Operations Manager

Description

A client of mine is looking for an ops manager.
Who will :
Drive erp/crm systems utilization
Monitor loss control, fraud prevention and risk management
Ensure adhereance of keys,iso,osha,nema and all statutory regulations
Ensure she standards, conduct audits and oversee safety and legal compliance
Manage dispatch, routing,fuel tracking and delivery oversight.
Preferred candidate must have the below;
Masters in operations management, engineering or business administration
Minimum 10 years work experience in operations within manufacturing or logistics
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams
Proficiency in erp/crm systems,data analytics and project management
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and compliance awareness
Six sigma,kaizen, dmaic or lean management certification (added advantage)
Strong analytical, communication and change management skills.
