I am currently recruiting for an Operations officer on behalf of a client in the cycling and bicycle business. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional who can combine operational excellence with a passion for driving sales and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
Ensure efficiency and smooth coordination across all business functions.
Monitor performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

💰 Compensation: KES 40,000 per month
