We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive venture-building efforts, and support the growth of an investment portfolio in Kenya.

Key Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar leadership role.
•Proven track record in business strategy development, venture building, or investment evaluation.
•Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
•Experience working with start-ups, investors, or high-growth businesses is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
•Lead strategic planning, market analysis, and venture evaluation.
•Drive the establishment and scaling of new ventures and investments.
•Build partnerships and identify growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
•Oversee governance structures, operational frameworks, and portfolio performance.
•Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure the success of venture-building initiatives.
