Project Officer

MJENGO FLEXI LIMITED

We are seeking a qualified Project Officer to lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project delivery, strict adherence to timelines and budgets, and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
• Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within the financial constraints.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and issue progress reports to the Client.
• Advise on procurement of materials and selection of contractors where necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 3 years; proven experience in construction industry
• PMP certification is an advantage

Competencies
• Ability to manage projects and work with deadlines and budgets.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
