Role Summary
Our Client in a Betting Company is looking to hire an Assistant Country Manager. The role of the assistant country manager will involve supporting the Country Manager in overseeing operations, strategy, and business development within a specific country.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assisting in managing day-to-day business activities
Ensuring local operations comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
Monitoring performance indicators and reporting results to the Country Manager.
Strategic Implementation
Supporting the implementation of country-level business strategies and initiatives.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals.
Helping identify areas for business growth or operational improvement.
Team Coordination
Supervising or supporting department heads or local staff.
Assisting with recruitment, training, and performance management.
Promoting a productive and compliant workplace culture.
Client and Partner Relations
Maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, or government bodies.
Representing the company in meetings, events, or negotiations when required.
Supporting the resolution of high-level customer or partner issues.
Financial Oversight
Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Monitoring revenue streams and financial targets.
Supporting audits and compliance checks.
Support Tanzania account transactions.
Market Research and Reporting
Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Preparing reports and insights for senior management.
Suggesting strategic adjustments based on local market dynamics.
Qualifications
Must be able to speak in Chinese.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
3–5+ years, in online Sports betting or Casino gaming sector.
Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership or management experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
