All candidates must:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
• Very computer literate – proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
• Strong communication and letter-writing skills.
• Ability to draft professional agreements, consents, and transfer forms.
• Mature, responsible, and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
