𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Industrial Area, Nairobi
Duration: 6 months

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We’re looking for a technical operator to fill the position of Miller within our establishment.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Manage grain cleaning process: ensure optimal water addition, resting time, separation of screenings, and wheat transfer targets (17MT/hr).
Optimize milling operations: maintain extraction rates, control costs, reduce process losses, and ensure adherence to specifications.
Oversee pest management: enforce sanitation, conduct inspections, and ensure proper equipment hygiene.
Implement maintenance programs: conduct routine inspections, support planned maintenance, and lead autonomous maintenance initiatives.
Support food safety and quality: ensure GMP compliance, legal adherence, and continuous improvement in customer experience.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and supervisory skills.
Attributes: detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision, excellent presentation skills.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Head Miller.
