Their Nairobi Head Office seeking to fill the following position:

LAND SURVEYOR & GIS ANALYST (MOMBASA)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The overall purpose of the job is to conduct land surveys, analyze spatial data, and create accurate maps and plans. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, GIS software, and data analysis techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A registered member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
• Certification in surveying and mapping.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Strong understanding of GPS technology and data collection techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
