POSITION
ICT SUPPORT OFFICER
Reporting to the ICT Team Lead, the ICT Support Officer will undertake ICT user support, maintain and support/ administer ICT systems, solutions and services across the Society including the core banking and auxiliary systems, websites, social media platforms, databases and applications. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Society’s business and operations as well as competence in all aspects of ICT.
