- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's portfolio and market share.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities and ensure the company's financial stability.

Operational Excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting and financial planning, to support business objectives and ensure optimal utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to advocate for policies that support the growth and development of the insurance brokerage sector.

Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
