We are urgently recruiting skilled artisans to join our Emergency Maintenance Services Teams serving Commercial, Retail Malls and High-End Residential Buildings in Westlands, Riverside Drive, Kilimani, Karen and Ngong Road.

Positions Available
- 450 Plumbers
- 450 Electricians
- 100 Artisans (Joiners, Masons, Painters, Roofers, Tilers, Water-proofers and Welders)
- 200 Casuals (Loaders & Cleaners)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 on-call emergency, preventative & maintenance services
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve faults effectively
- Ensure safety, quality and professionalism

Minimum Requirements
1. National Identification card
2. Valid Good Conduct certificate (with minimum 6 months to expire)
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. Recommendation letter
5. Uploaded Self-introduction video
6. Passport photo
7. List of projects/tasks worked and Reference Contacts
8. At least 3 years of experience of proven work experience in the respective skill trades
9. TVET certificate or RPL qualification in relevant trade
10. NYS training will be an added advantage
11. Strong technical and problem-solving skills
12. High integrity, reliability and customer service orientation
13. Women, PWD and legal immigrants encouraged to apply
