We are looking for a Senior Radio NPO Engineer to join our Network Planning & Optimization Department in Nairobi 🌍✨, work with the amazing Ian Muraya

🔧 Your Role:
As a Senior Radio NPO Engineer, you’ll:
1.Plan, design & optimize radio networks for maximum coverage 📡
2.Lead capacity planning to deliver 99%+ service availability ⚡
3.Guide and mentor radio engineers & technicians 👥
4.Test and recommend new technologies to push uptime towards 99.9% 🚀
4.Review and address failed survey reports to keep the failure rate below 12% per network area ✅

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications (or related field)
✔ 5+ years in RF design, planning & optimization
✔ Strong expertise in wireless broadband networks & tools (UBNT UISP/AirLink)
✔ Excellent problem-solving, analytical & leadership skills
✔ Willingness to travel nationwide 🌍
