HEAD OF DEPARTMENT – CATERING

Join Mirema School as our Head of Department –
Catering, where you will lead daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure excellence in food quality, hygiene, and service.

Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Production, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in catering.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct and Medical Certificate.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Skills and Attributes
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with good communication skills
