Operations & Admin Coordinator
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage logistics for events, team building, and video shoots
2. Book hotels, transport and coordinate staff travel
3. Liaise with suppliers, venues and partners (e.g., hotels, AV)
4. Track inventory and manage packing/returns (team building)
5. Align internal teams to execution timelines and deliverables
6. Maintain resource and workflow trackers
REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS
1. 4 years in operations, logistics coordination, or admin roles in the events industry is mandatory
2. Strong vendor management & scheduling experience with an ability to juggle multiple moving parts
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
4. Knowledgeable on systems i.e Odoo, QuickBooks, is an added advantage
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
6. Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
