About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ideally within a financial institution. This position is based in Nairobi and offers a competitive salary within the stated range.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulators
• Support strategic planning through financial analysis and insights
• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure effective performance and adherence to best practices
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA certification is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial management role within a financial institution (e.g., microfinance, SACCO, bank, or insurance company)
• Proven knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards in Kenya
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
