Customer Success Representative

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Schedule and manage client meetings
2. Take minutes and track follow-up actions across teams
3. Draft and send proposals and quotations
4. Manage email correspondence and communication logs
5. Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of documentation
6. Support the Event Manager and Creative Lead on proposals

REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS
1. 3 years in client service or account management in an agency or event company is mandatory
2. Strong skills in written and verbal communication, calendar management and document handling
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to work across teams
4. A friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who takes initiative and follows through
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks
6. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
