Project Manager – Jiine
Growth Program (JGP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership & coordination of JGP.
- Develop and implement strategies, and budgets & work plans.
- Oversee project monitoring, evaluation & reporting.
- Build strong partnerships with MSMEs, financial institutions & partners.
- Supervise staff & ensure compliance with donor/KNCCI requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
- 5 years project management experience (donor-funded/MSME projects preferred).
- Strong financial/grant management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
