SENIOR COST & OPERATIONS ANALYST
MANUFACTURING

The Senior Cost & Operations Analyst will play a pivotal cross-functional role, bridging finance, production, and merchandising. This individual will collect, analyze, and validate production-floor data to ensure accurate product costing and seamless ERP integration. The successful candidate will help drive data integrity, cost transparency, and informed decision-making, while also supporting budgeting and cash flow planning within the finance team. The role requires strong knowledge of operational workflows, cost accounting, and finance, with a keen interest in manufacturing processes. Reporting directly to the Financial and Operations Controller, with a dotted line to the General Manager, this position is designed with long-term growth in mind and offers a clear pathway to senior leadership opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and validate production data to ensure accurate costing and ERP integration.
- Support costing models, variance analysis, and pricing decisions.
- Provide unbiased production updates and support cash flow forecasting.
- Assist ERP rollout, process improvements, and reporting dashboards.
- Contribute accurate data to budgeting and forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA (K) preferred.
- 5+ years' manufacturing/production finance experience.
- Strong ERP and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills.
