WE ARE HIRING
SALES PERSON

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and end consumers.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities within assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report customer feedback.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
• Follow up on deliveries, stock levels, and timely payments from clients.
• Participate in promotions, activations, and product sampling when required.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Valid driver’s license or motorcycle license (if applicable).
