Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Qualifications:
• 8-12 years’ experience in growth, digital strategy, or platform monetization.
• Proven track record in scaling digital platforms or fintech solutions in Africa.
• Strong knowledge of the creator economy, social commerce, and wallet-based financial systems.
• Metrics-oriented with a sharp eye on CAC, LTV, GMV, conversion rates.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience building high-performing sales, marketing, and partnerships teams.
• Hands-on operator who thrives in startup or scale-up environments.
• Deep understanding of digital commerce dynamics across Africa.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive revenue and user growth strategies across all verticals—campaigns, social commerce, and fintech.
• Build and lead a sales and business development team, develop playbooks, structure pricing and commercial contracts.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships for fintech, distribution, and tech integrations to scale revenue and reach.
• Implement OKRs, streamline internal processes, and drive execution through cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to run lifecycle campaigns and grow Twiva’s digital presence.
• Champion initiatives that attract and retain digital creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs.
• Position Twiva as a leading voice in the creator economy across forums, industry events, and investor pitches.
