Sales Representative
We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team, focusing on selling off-plan units in Nairobi West and Ngara.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of off-plan units by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify, and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Conduct property presentations and guide clients through the buying process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in real estate sales, specifically selling off-plan properties.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Well-networked within Nairobi’s real estate market is an added advantage.
