Requirements:
• Experience: 3 years in related field/role
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in HOTEL PLUS, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies regarding compensation, benefits, and employee rights.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with benefits administration and payroll.
