ProtEqt Voice aims to strengthen primary health care (PHC) decision-making in Kenya and Tanzania by ensuring public voices are heard, valued, and acted upon. Through innovative research, participatory design, and new evaluation tools, the project will develop transparent, inclusive processes that promote fairness and responsiveness in health systems. By addressing barriers to meaningful engagement, it empowers policymakers, administrators, and civil society to make evidence-based, community-informed decisions.
