POSITION: KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS AND LEARNING EXPERT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Social Sciences, or Knowledge Systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies in the agricultural sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in harvesting, synthesizing, and documenting knowledge in the agriculture sector, particularly through value chain approaches and multi-stakeholder interventions.
- Strong scientific publication record, including journal articles, conference papers, or book chapters, on impact studies, case studies, and socio-economic research in the agricultural sector.
- Proven experience in leading documentation and learning processes within complex multi-country, multi-cultural, and multi-stakeholder program contexts.
- Capability to translate complex research and evaluation findings into accessible knowledge products (policy briefs, case studies, toolkits, infographics, and reports) for different audiences, including policymakers and practitioners.
