Description

Vacancy: Admin Assistant and New product Development Officer (Pharma Industry).
Location: Nairobi
Budget: KSH 150k-250k Gross depending with experience.
Role Purpose: To provide administrative, coordination, and communication support to the Promotion, Marketing & Training (PMT) function, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, product launches, and promotional activities.
Key Roles
• Support new product development (NPD) by tracking timelines and ensuring all departments (medical, sales, regulatory) are aligned.
• Act as a link between the Sales Team and PMT—sharing updates, collecting field insights, and helping with readiness.
• Track and update NPD timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities including training, material distribution, and field communication.
• Ensure alignment between Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing during product launch phases
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3+years of experience in administrative, coordination, or sales support roles and must be in healthcare/pharma)
• Knowledge of New Product Development processes and training operations is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and field sales is a preferred.
