NIGHT NURSING MANAGER
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Night Nursing Manager to oversee hospital operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage clinical and nursing teams during night shifts. The role includes monitoring standards, managing staff and resources, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and clinical protocols.
Requirements
The ideal person should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
• 5 O Levels including Mathematics, English, and Science.
• Registered General Nurse with post-basic speciality qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Diploma in Nursing Administration (BSc Nursing an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
