- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA preferred
- 7–10 years’ audit/risk experience, 3+ in leadership
- Strong in audit standards, compliance, and risk planning
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Financial services/microfinance experience is a plus
