The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in handling ticketing operations, including ticket issuance, re-issues, refunds, and related customer requests. Key Requirements:
• Proficiency in Galileo (Ticketing System).
• Strong knowledge of ticket management processes (issuance, re-issue, refunds).
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
