We’re Hiring: Head of Safety & Facilities 🚨
Buildher is looking for a dynamic Head of Safety & Facilities to lead our operations in safety, compliance, maintenance, waste management, and security.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll:
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
- Drive safety compliance, risk management, and emergency response systems
- Lead sustainability efforts in waste reduction and recycling
- Ensure secure, efficient, and well-maintained facilities
- Develop policies and systems that align with Buildher’s strategy and values

We’re looking for:
🔹 15+ years’ progressive experience in facilities management, safety compliance, or operational leadership
🔹 Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
🔹 Proven expertise in compliance, sustainability, and process innovation
🔹 A strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments
