WE ARE HIRING A FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: NAIROBI

Qualifications
1. Degree in a Business-related field or Communications
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
3. Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
4. A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with clients through calls, messages, and emails with empathy and excellence
2. Proactively follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
3. Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction
4. Record and track client feedback and concerns for continuous improvement
5. Represent TSAVO’s values of care, integrity, and excellence in every engagement
