Position Overview:
Crowe COR LLP, a leading member firm of Crowe Global, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Audit Senior to support our growth agenda across East Africa. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure that audits are conducted in compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Review working papers prepared by junior team members and provide guidance.
• Identify, document, and communicate audit findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and provide value-adding insights.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior auditors to support their professional growth.

Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/VACA finalist or qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-4 years' external audit experience in a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISAs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
